Role Overview

Requirements

• Any Graduate degree with 1 year or no experience
• Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, English is Preferred
• Strong Communication, Content writing skills
• Basic design skills are a plus
• Based in Chennai

Responsibilities

• Understand the technical aspects of the company's products
• Manage Email Outreach and responses professionally
• Follow up with leads and maintain contact regularly
• Confident to handle customer enquiries over email, phone, virtual/physical meetings
